What Causes Vertigo
Hello my name is Ian and I’m an x vertigo sufferer. If you would like to find out how I cured my vertigo for good CLICK HERE.
I wanted to put this website together for anyone that was searching for what causes vertigo. I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I did with my vertigo attacks. My first vertigo attack was possibly one of the worst feelings I’ve ever had in my life.
It was a sunny summer morning and I just woke up and I had a bit of a headache which I found strange because I never usually get headaches and I had not been drinking alcohol the night before. Anyway I jumped in to the shower and as I tipped my head back to wash my face I started to feel the room spin very fast.
This was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. What I mean is this. Do you remember when you were a child on a round about and once you got off you felt dizzy? Or if you have ever been really drunk and you lay down to try and get to sleep and the room spins? Well it was 100 times worse than any of that. So you can imagine how scarred I was.
I started thinking that I had something seriously wrong with my health. I was thinking that I might have had a brain tumour or something really bad like that. I told my mother about what happened and she said that it was probably vertigo so I immediately started searching online for what causes vertigo to try and find out what was causing this and to try and find out if I did in fact have vertigo.
how to get rid of vertigo
I found out that people with vertigo get dizziness every time they tilt there head back and that is what was happening to me. Each time I tilted my head backwards I would go very dizzy and it was so bad I fainted a few times. Bed times were the worst because as you know to lay down you have to put your head back to go on the pillow and I had no way of getting away of the vertigo attacks.
I had to do something about it and fast because I had been to the doctors and got medication which was not working and I had this terrible vertigo which was diagnosed as BPPV which stands for (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) for around 4 months and nothing was working in regards to the medication I was taking.
As you can imagine I was online most days looking up causes of dizziness and how I could cure my vertigo and I tried many systems out there and most of the treatments and exercises they told me to do did not work until I come across the Vertigo Killer system which worked for me almost instantly and within 4 weeks I was totally cured of my BPPV vertigo for good. And the best part is I’ve never had a vertigo attack since.
The vertigo killer is really good for all kinds of vertigo as it goes through every kind of vertigo you can get and shows you how to easily cure it. Personally I had what is called BPPV vertigo which is the most common kind of vertigo and it goes through step by step the simple exercises and process you need to go through to cure it.
I was really impresses with the step by step systems you get for curing all the different kinds of vertigo. This means no matter what kind of vertigo you have the Vertigo Killer will help you cure it in supper fast time. You will also find out what causes vertigo so you can avoid it from happening more often and like it did for me cure it in full with in just 4 weeks.
I’ve recommended the Vertigo Killer to many of my friends and family members who have or know someone who suffers from vertigo and it has worked for them every time I’ve recommended it.
